New Specials for Yeranda ... In conjunction with the clip on Sydney Weekender on October 4 2008 we have selected some dates to offer our guests a little extra. For those wishing to book Kalimna for the weekends of March 13,14 and May 15,16 you have the option of a lunch or evening meal delivered to your cottage. Lasagne, salad, hot bread and a dessert included with your two nights accommodation...total cost of $320. Four persons staying in Elouera for February 6, 7 or March 13,14 will receive same food options with total cost for 4 persons being $700
Honeymoon or Special Anniversary Package 4 nights accommodation in Elouera 1x 3 course evening meal for 2 persons with choice of red, white or bubbly wine All breakfast provisions (we are happy to liaise on what you would like) A local country home baked pizza and salad for an evening meal with a cold dessert to follow. Choice of soups and home made bread OR country cooked desserts to add to your 2 self catered meals . Total cost $799.
Try some curries from a local Sri Lankan Chef Have you run out of time to bring some food for your first night or do you simply want a night off cooking when you come to relax at Yeranda? Ros and Kev are happy to offer a choice of two curries from a range of chicken, beef, lamb or vegetarian. Pre cooked and heated rice will accompany the curries which you will be able to either oven heat in Kalimna or Pindari or oven or microwave heat in Elouera or Noonameena. These curries are prepared and cooked by well known Sri Lankan cook Amorelle Dempster from Gresford . Where possible Amorelle uses locally sourced produce. Cost will be a total of $35 for 2 persons for your choice of 2 of the curries with prepared-to-serve rice. Additionally there will be two small pots of home made chutneys, a small pot of nuts and a rich dollop of Greek yogurt . If you enjoy the home made chutney Ros has a supply ready for purchase! $3.50 a jar or three jars for $10.

We will need to know in advance of your stay if you wish to order and just when you might have this meal (some will choose to have the curries or Italian food there, awaiting their arrival on a Friday night where as others may wish to have a night off cooking later in a longer stay) They will need about 30 minutes heating in oven or just a short time if using microwave.
