Pindari
The seclusion and privacy of Pindari allows for total relaxation in a beautiful bush setting and an escape from the hustle and bustle of work and city life. No mobile or TV reception - just peace and quiet. It's the perfect place for a romantic getaway or a family holiday with the kids.
Pindari is built of rock and timber with a queen bedroom, bathroom with toilet, open kitchen and living space and a twin single bedroom curtained off from the living area.
The cottage is cosy in winter, being fully insulated, with a very efficient slow combustion heater. It is solar powered for lighting and refrigeration with gas used for cooking and hot water. There is a small library of books and guests are welcome to bring their own to exchange with others in the collection. The cottage also has a CD player with aux lead and a range of games and jigsaws to pass the time.
The veranda is a great place to sit and take in the view or watch the birds as they drink and bathe at the bird baths. A gas bbq and outdoor fireplace is provided for cooking and general relaxation. Firewood is provided, along with kindling and firelighters however we generally advise against outdoor fires over summer. Pindari also boasts a very popular outdoor shower and a 'loo with a view'. Yeranda is a 140 acre bush property with numerous walking tracks for guests who want to explore. A small pool on Nalleeghee Creek is a great place to cool off during the warmer months.
